Public Access Records to Board & Member Meeting Minutes
Meeting minutes are used to record attendance, chair and committee reporting, budgeting, policymaking, and other governing decisions made by the Executive Board of Directors of the Friends of Allegany State Park. There are three board meetings each year and minutes will be published here for viewing by both members and non-members, alike, within thirty (30) days of each board meeting.
Each meeting occurs after the following events:
- May, after I Love My Park Day
- September, after National Public Lands Day
- December, after Park Christmas Party
Note: This is a new feature as of January 14, 2023 and guarantees minutes publication hereafter. However, in the spirit of transparency, the Friends of Allegany have published as many minutes as possible from our existing records.
